Evergreen Apartments are located on Evergreen Street in Hollister, Missouri.  The complex of 14 duplex units was purchased by a new owner in 2012.  Renovations and upgrades have been ongoing since that time.  New heating/cooling systems (heat pumps) and energy-efficient windows (dual-pane, argon-filled) have been installed in every unit.  Each unit also has new flooring and upgraded paint.  Old, damaged appliances were discarded, and all units now have new or nearly new appliances. Two-bedroom units were renovated to include laundry hook-ups within each unit (three-bedroom units already included laundry hook-ups in the units).  The last of the renovations was completed in early 2014, including new siding and upgraded attic insulation for every building in the complex.

 

5 minutes to Hollister schools and 7 minutes to Branson Landing.

 

Each unit in the complex has two dedicated parking spaces in front of the unit.  New entry porches were also installed for each unit.  Each unit has its own back deck.

 

Maintenance of the units (both scheduled and emergency) is a top priority for the new owners.
